We had a fantastic time staying at this family-friendly hotel. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great tips for things to do in the area. the location was perfect, with beautiful beaches and woodlands just a short walk away. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. the breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel also had facilities for both kids and adults, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy.
We did find it a bit challenging to find information about nearby restaurants and attractions, as there were no written materials provided in the hotel.

The breakfasts were very good although limited in choice. The staff were exceptional, reception being helpful welcoming and friendly which made our stay so much more pleasant. The area is beach, woodland and has facilities for children and adults alike although not all open in winter.
The dinners were from a fixed menu held by the waiter so he read the choices. There is a la carte but it was not offered to us. The food was fair to poor with only the the breakfasts being good the egg balls being excellent. The restaurants in Policoro need a lesson in advertising. There are some good ones but you have to search for them with no written "leaflets" in the hotel. There is no folder of hotel information in the rooms. Guides to the television were also missing.

The Manager was wonderful - made us feel very wlecome and special. He went above and beyond to help us since we spoke mostly English and the hotel staff spoke mostly Italian. Staff was great - hotel was clean, modern and had a nice pool and nice bar. Also, very good laundry service.
Resteraunt food was average and they did not restock the food trays very often. The general dinner schedule (the way they forced everyone to eat the same course at the same time) was very inconvenient. Would not eat there again. The air conditoning did not work the whole time we were there - room was very hot.

The breakfasts were good, with a decent selection of food to choose from. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, with the reception being welcoming, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful woodland. It offered a great setting for outdoor activities and had facilities for both children and adults to enjoy.
The menu was fixed, and there was no option to choose from an à la carte menu. The food was fair at best, with some dishes being quite poor in quality.

We recently had a delightful stay at a luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff here were truly exceptional, as they were not only helpful, but also welcoming and friendly. Their warm and attentive service made our stay so much more pleasant. The location of this place is fantastic; it offers a beautiful combination of beach and woodland, providing facilities for both children and adults. Although not all facilities are open in winter, there is still plenty to enjoy.
In terms of dining options, the restaurant at this venue provided delicious breakfasts. Although the choice was limited, the breakfasts were very good and satisfying.
